La plainte doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au plus tard deux ans apr\u00e8s les derni\u00e8rs \u00e9v\u00e9nements ayant donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 la plainte. Il suffit d\u2019envoyer une lettre ou un courriel contenant les informations requises. Les plaintes peuvent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 la commissaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse courriel suivante :&nbsp;info@equalpaynwt.ca.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-601c72e9 gb-query-loop-item post-224 page type-page status-publish\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-601c72e9\">\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-02943cd2 gb-headline-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/equalpaynwt.ca\/fr\/les-plaintes\/arbitrage\/\">Arbitrage<\/a><\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-fbb18f73 gb-headline-text\">Toute partie peut soumettre la plainte et le rapport d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de la commissaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale \u00e0 un arbitre. L&rsquo;affaire doit \u00eatre soumise \u00e0 l&rsquo;arbitrage au plus tard six semaines apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception du rapport d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate. Apr\u00e8s avoir entendu les parties, l&rsquo;arbitre prend une d\u00e9cision.
